Results for 1st Rehabilitation Research Institute of Singapore (RRIS) Rehabilitation Research Grant (RRG)

 

 

In April 2016, the 1st Rehabilitation Research Institute of Singapore (RRIS) Rehabilitation Research Grant (RRG) was jointly launched by Agency for Science, Technology and Research, National Healthcare Group and Nanyang Technological University.

The grant serves to promote collaborative rehabilitation research in order to generate new knowledge to improve rehabilitation clinical practices for the local and/or Asian population. All areas related to rehabilitation apart from the 4 themes of focus for RRIS-Psychosocial Rehabilitation, Neuro-Rehabilitation, Frailty & Nutrition Management in Rehabilitation, and Advanced Technology for Rehabilitation Continuum of Care-that could demonstrate high potential to improve rehabilitation clinical practices were welcomed.   

Each successful application may be funded for up to S$250,000 over a period of 2 years. After a rigorous selection by the Skin Selection Panel, 7 applications were selected for funding based on merit.
