Re-Activating suspended NHG REDCap User Accounts

Effective from 2 August 2021
, all affected REDCap Users, who have had their REDCap Account(s) suspended due to inactivity, will be required to submit an online Request to re-activate their REDCap Account(s) for use.

Alternatively, Affected REDCap Users may authorize a Representative to submit the online Request on their behalf.

We will no longer accept account re-activation requests via Email.

Affected Users, or their authorized Representative, may submit the REDCap Account Re-Activation Request at the link below.
