NHG ROAM Login Help
For Staff of NHG Institutions
"I have a valid NHG Active Directory login (NHG ADID) but I can’t log in to NHG ROAM."
-
Has your Employment Pass No. / FIN No. / NRIC No. been changed recently? You will need to do two things. (1) Contact the ITD Helpdesk to inform them to update their records with your new registration number. (2) Email researchonline@nhg.com.sg with your Name, New and Old registration numbers to be updated in the ROAM system. Until this is done, DO NOT attempt to login to the ROAM system.
"I’m not sure if I have an existing NHG ROAM account."
"I don’t know if I have a valid NHG Active Directory login (NHG ADID), or I can’t remember what my NHG ADID login information is."
Note: The NHG ADID account is not the same as a ROAM account. They are two different systems. The ROAM system only uses the NHG ADID as a means of login validation for NHG Staff. Having a NHG ADID account does not mean that the Staff has a valid ROAM account.
"I am helping my colleague to retrieve/reset their NHG ROAM login information, or to create an Account on their behalf."
- Due to our security policy, we are unable to give out login information to any third parties. Your colleague will need to contact us directly.
- Due to our security policy, ROAM accounts must be created by the intended user.
"I have tried everything and I am still unable to log in to NHG ROAM."
-
If you are still unable to login, please send an email containing your Full Name, NRIC/FIN, ADID User ID, Institution & Department and contact number to researchonline@nhg.com.sg. We will respond to you within 2 working days.

Help for Login Error Message "User session does not exist"
This login error message 'User session does not exist' is caused by a known bug in the Internet Explorer (IE) version 11 web browser.
To solve this error, please follow the workaround solution available here.
If you are unable to follow the solution, please approach your Institution IT Helpdesk for assistance. Alternatively we do recommend that you use other web browsers like Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome when using the ROAM system.
If you are unable to install new programs on your computer, you can consider using a portable version of Firefox (http://portableapps.com/apps/internet/firefox_portable) which does not require installation and works directly from a thumbdrive.
