Login Help for Staff of NHG Institutions

 

"I have a valid NHG Active Directory login (NHG ADID) but I can’t log in to NHG ROAM."

  • Have you recently updated your NHG ADID password? Please use your latest NHG ADID password when logging into NHG ROAM.

  • Your NHG ADID account may have been locked or disabled if you had more than 3 unsuccessful attempts to login to the ROAM system. You will need to contact the ITD Helpdesk at 1800 483 4357 to verify that your NHG ADID account status is valid/active.

  • ITD Helpdesk informs me that my NHG ADID user ID/ password is valid but I am still unable to login. Please make sure that the Domain is selected as “NHG” when you login with an ADID.

 

"I’m not sure if I have an existing NHG ROAM account."

  • Try to login with your NHG Active Directory login (NHG ADID). Ensure that you select “NHG” for the "ROAM Account Login Type".

  • Important: NUS is not part of NHG. Therefore NUS-ADID logins cannot be used for the ROAM system.

 

"I don’t know if I have a valid NHG Active Directory login (NHG ADID), or I can’t remember what my NHG ADID login information is."

  • Please contact the ITD Helpdesk at 1800 483 4357 to verify if you have a NHG ADID account.

  • The NHG ADID is the same as your NHG Hmail login as well as your NHG computer login.

Note: The NHG ADID account is not the same as a ROAM account. They are two different systems. The ROAM system only uses the NHG ADID as a means of login validation for NHG Staff. Having a NHG ADID account does not mean that the Staff has a valid ROAM account.

 

 

"I am helping my colleague to retrieve/reset their NHG ROAM login information, or to create an Account on their behalf."

  • Due to our security policy, we are unable to give out login information to any third parties. Your colleague will need to contact us directly.
  • Due to our security policy, ROAM accounts must be created by the intended user.

 

"I have tried everything and I am still unable to log in to NHG ROAM."

  • If you are still unable to login, please send an email containing your Full Name, ADID User ID, Institution & Department to researchonline@nhg.com.sg. We will respond to you within 2 working days.

  

 


Login Help for Partner Institution colleagues / ex-NHG Staff / external Industry Partners

 

"I am an ex-NHG staff who used to have a valid NHG Active Directory login (ADID) to login to NHG ROAM, and now I need to continue to access NHG ROAM as an external user."

  • Please create and use a new ROAM Account with information that is appropriate to your current employment status. 

 

"I have forgotten my NHG ROAM User ID."

  •  We will need to check your ROAM account. Please send an email containing your Full Name, current Company & Department to researchonline@nhg.com.sg.

 

"I have forgotten my NHG ROAM Password."

 

"I did not receive the NHG ROAM password-reset email."

  • Did you check the “spam mail” folder of your email account?

  • Did you check the correct email account that is registered to your ROAM account?

 

"I have forgotten which email account is registered to my ROAM account profile."

  •  We will need to check your ROAM account. Please send an email containing your Full Name, previous ADID User ID, current Company & Department to researchonline@nhg.com.sg.

 

"I am from a Pharmaceutical / CRO and I need the account rights to draft a new DSRB Application on behalf of a Principal Investigator."

  • We will need to process your request. Please send an email containing your Full Name, previous ADID User ID, current Company & Department to researchonline@nhg.com.sg.

 

"I have a valid NHG ROAM User ID and password but I am unable to login to NHG ROAM."

  • Please ensure you have select the correct "ROAM Account Login Type" when you are logging in.

  • Check that the “Caps Lock” is not turned on. The ROAM account Password is case-sensitive.

 

"I’m not sure if I have an existing NHG ROAM account."

  • We will need to check your ROAM account. Please send an email containing your Full Name, current Company & Department to researchonline@nhg.com.sg.

 

I have tried everything and I am still unable to log in to NHG ROAM.

 

  • If you are still unable to login, please send an email containing your Full Name, ROAM User ID, current Company & Department to researchonline@nhg.com.sg. We will respond to you within 2 working days.
