With effect from 1st July 2014, SingHealth-CIRB and NHG-DSRB have agreed that the research ethics review conducted by NHG will be recognised by SingHealth and vice versa. For new cross-cluster research studies involving institutions under the purview of SingHealth-CIRB and NHG-DSRB, only one IRB application is required.
