NHG ROAM ANNOUNCEMENT: TEMPORARY SHUTDOWN of NHG-ROAM System to facilitate Data Migration Activities

What is this about?    

• There will be a TEMPORARY SHUTDOWN of NHG Research Online Administration & Management (ROAM) System.
• This is necessary to secure the system data to facilitate the Data Migration activities to the new ECOS system.

How does this affect you?

• ALL ROAM Users WILL NOT BE ABLE TO LOGIN to access the ROAM system during the stated Shutdown Period.

When will this happen?

• The ROAM Temporary Shutdown Period STARTS ON FRIDAY, 5TH APRIL 2024, 11.59PM and ENDS ON MONDAY, 8TH APRIL 2024, 9.00 AM

Action Required    

• DO NOT ATTEMPT TO LOGIN AND MAKE ANY SUBMISSIONS in the ROAM System during the Shutdown Period as it will be discarded as invalid data.
• No other additional actions required from Users.
